A little thing like rehab is not going to stop Lindsay Lohan from partying!

Despite her recent DUI arrest and impending court date, the addict and actress has every intention of still celebration her 21st birthday Vegas style.

Just days after she is released from the Promises treatment facility, Lohan will head to Sin City to party at Pure on July 2nd.

"There is a birthday party scheduled that she is contracted to do at Pure. It's scheduled for July 2. That hasn't changed. Nothing has been cancelled as of now," says, Lindasay's Lawyer, Mike Heller.

A friend who has spoken to the troubled actress after she entered rehab says, "Lindsay said she's doing the party in Vegas, no matter what."

Adds her lawyer, "Just because you're sober doesn't mean you can't go out and have fun. Part of sobriety is that you can go out into normal society and just go out. Who say's you can't move your booty on the dance floor?"

Drugs Found In Lindsay Lohan's Car!!

Things have just gotten worse for Lindsay Lohan!

After being charged with DUI, the LAPD are now revealing that cocaine was found in the troubled pAArty girl's car.

Though it seems like everyone in Hollywood does it, cocaine is illegal, bitches.

Officers believe that Lindsay was speeding - under the influence of drugs/alcohol - and lost control of her car on Saturday morning. The car hit a crashed into a curb and a tree on Sunset Blvd, and Lohan was taken in another car to the Century City hospital.

Police received a 911 call about the accident after Lindsay abandoned her banged up Mercedes and fled the scene of the incident.

Officers "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest" for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lohan was cited and released. She faces serious drama when the matter heads to court. In addition to the drunk driving dilemma, she will also face felony criminal charges for the illegal narcotics in her car.

Lindsay Lohan Snorting Coke??

I do not know how reliable this news is but by the looks of it Lindsay Lohan or Lindsay Lohan lookalike is helping a friend to snort coke.
It was reported that this happened in a club toilet during a wild night out on the town.
Then the Mean Girls star bragged to the others: "I'm going to New York tomorrow to f*** Jude Law."

Now a friend of the 21-year-old actress says she is spiralling out of control since rehab and revealed that Lohan:

SNORTED 20 lines of cocaine in ONE night alone
STRIPPED down to a thong before inhaling the drug off a coffee table
BRAGGED of wild sex sessions with a host of celebrities including singer James Blunt and model Calum Best.

The friend added: "Lindsay does not care who sees her do coke and where she does it." And she has not managed to stay off the booze either.

"She carries round a water bottle to try to fool everyone into thinking she is clean but she tips the water out and refills it with vodka and soda."

But she was caught out by a secret film made as she snorted the Class A drug at the exclusive Teddy's nightclub in Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel.

The video shows her arriving at 11pm and skulking round the toilets before creeping inside a cubicle.

Wedged inside the loo with two friends, Lohan pulls a small bag of white powder from her jeans pocket.

She dips her finger in and shoves the substance up one friend's nose before snorting some up her own.

And this was filmed just 20 days after she proudly emerged from therapy.

Lindsay, who starred with Jamie Lee Curtis in Freaky Friday, booked herself into the £20,000-a-month Wonderland treatment centre in Los Angeles earlier this year saying she wanted to get off booze.

She checked out after a month and was back doing drugs at a Hollywood party within a week.
