Police are looking into whether or not filed charges against singer Akon after a disturbing incident at a concert this past weekend, which was captured on video. ( scroll for the video below)

The singer was performing at the KFEST radio concert in upstate New York when someone in the audience - a young kid - threw something at him.

Akon then had his bodyguards fetch the boy and bring him on stage. Then, in front of thousands, the Don't Matter singer publicly humiliated the kid, lifted him up in the air by force and violently flung him into the audience.

We're trying to identify that kid, just to find out whether or not we have any kind of criminal offense," a law enforcement official says.

"I would have preferred he wouldn't have done that [to the kid]," the general manager of the radio station who put on the show tells the paper. "I don't think he intended malice on this guy. I think it was in the spirit of the show."

Note to all: if that's the spirit of KFEST, don't go next year!

Hopefully the kid will come forward and police can investigate this incident further.

“I AM ashamed about what happened. I got carried away in the moment,” sobbed Danah Alleyne, the 15-year-old daughter of Pastor Dave Alleyne of the Flaming Word Ministry of Chaguanas.

Once known just as a pastor’s daughter, Danah has become the focus of international attention, after her steamy dance segment with international singer Akon of Senegal, at Club Zen, which is circulating on the Internet.

Yesterday, a sad and remorseful looking Danah confessed to lying to her parents to go to the concert, but said she had been cajoled (persuaded) into going on stage.

With red, teary eyes, Danah said she had been invited to the concert two days before the event by friends, who are older than she is. She said they bought a VIP ticket for her to gain entry.

Danah said, “My parents had no clue I was going to the concert or how I was dressed. I told them I was going with my cousins for ice cream. When I left the house I had on a jacket.”

Danah said she had called her friends who picked her up outside her home.

When they got to the club last week Thursday, she said, they proceeded to the VIP section but were stopped by the bouncers who said they had to be 21 years and over to enter, and asked for their identification cards.

Danah said, “We did not have it so they told us we had to go into general admission and we did.”

During the concert, she said, Akon asked for five girls to go on stage but no one wanted to.

“Eventually two girls went up. Then all the people around me started rooting for me to go on stage. I hesitated and told my friends I did not want to go up. They eventually drew the attention to me and the white spotlight hit me.”

Danah said Akon’s bodyguard then pulled her up on stage.

“I told him I can’t be here but he told me to stay. I was scared. I was freaking out,” she added.

Akon told the girls that if they won they would go to Africa and she believed him.

“I got carried away. I began dancing with the crowd cheering me on,” Danah said. When she won the dance “competition” and Akon told her he was Africa, she said, “I was shocked, I could not believe it.”

About the heated dance with the superstar, Danah said, “It was three rounds of dancing. First, we danced together. Then, he picked me up…and then next thing I know I was all over the stage.

“I was in shock. When I look at the video now, I cannot believe that all these things happen. It happened so quick.”

Danah said when she finally got off the stage, everyone was telling her she had done “real good.”

She said, “I did not think much of it, like it was no big deal” but, now “I am disappointed in what happened.”

Shaking her head and trying to hold back the tears, she said, “I am sorry I embarrassed my parents and I am ashamed that I lied to them.”

Danah, however, is determined to put experience behind her. “I went to school after the concert and my friends are like, “ ‘We have your back.’”

Danah’s brother, Ian Alleyne, president of the T&T Crime Watch Association, said he was disgusted by what happened. He said, “She is a minor. She should not have been let in the club! Young people must be protected. It is terrible what has happened to her, but her parents are not at fault.”

After being charged with DUI, the LAPD are now revealing that cocaine was found in the troubled pAArty girl's car.

Though it seems like everyone in Hollywood does it, cocaine is illegal, bitches.

Officers believe that Lindsay was speeding - under the influence of drugs/alcohol - and lost control of her car on Saturday morning. The car hit a crashed into a curb and a tree on Sunset Blvd, and Lohan was taken in another car to the Century City hospital.

Police received a 911 call about the accident after Lindsay abandoned her banged up Mercedes and fled the scene of the incident.

Officers "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest" for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lohan was cited and released. She faces serious drama when the matter heads to court. In addition to the drunk driving dilemma, she will also face felony criminal charges for the illegal narcotics in her car.

Hi everyone!

I am having mixed feelings about my job right now. Let's start about the bad things first. Temporary employment = Bad, Low Pay = Bad, Canteen Food = Bad (Had upset stomach today). And the good things, Good working environment = Good, Funny Colleagues = Good. So i am torn actually. Have been getting lots of offers but i cannot bear to leave the company. Its been a good place for me even though i was bogged down with lots of work at first. There was once when i was so jammed packed with work but at least someone took notice and gave thanks to me for putting in the effort. I was glad that person actually appreciates the hard work and gave me a pat at the back. Well i guess i will adopt a 'see and act later' attitude for this month before i make any major decision.

Hope things will be clearer soon. Gosh i miss you so much! Happy Mothers day mummy. One day we will meet again. :)

I do not know how reliable this news is but by the looks of it Lindsay Lohan or Lindsay Lohan lookalike is helping a friend to snort coke.
It was reported that this happened in a club toilet during a wild night out on the town.

Now a friend of the 21-year-old actress says she is spiralling out of control since rehab and revealed that Lohan:

Paris Hilton arrives 18 minutes late to her court hearing in downtown Los Angeles on Friday afternoon.
The heiress is currently testifying at Metropolitan Courthouse on her own behalf and could be thrown into jail for 45 for violating her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction.
Paris, 26, pleaded no contest to reckless driving back in January and was sentenced to 3 years probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines.
UPDATE: Paris was just sentenced to 45 days in jail, starting June 5 at the Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF).
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Paris said moments before Judge Michael T. Sauer made his decision.

It was worth it!! What was you may ask... Well for one thing.. LIVEPOOL FC is in the Final Again!!! WoooooHoooo!!

I was too exicted about the game to get any sleep (somehow i have this feeling that it will be a memorable night.. somehow like the night in istanbul which by a miracle i got up to watch..) so i decided to channel surf until the match starts (i was alone in the living room, channel surfing in the dark which is an achievment considering the scare that i got after watching 'Jangan Pandang Belakang' and swearing that i would not be alone again). The match finally get going at 2:40am. Gosh i must be nuts.

Liverpool were attacking Chelsea from the first whistle. I was impressed! You should have seen the look on Jose's face. His face says it all. "Im f**ked!"

Am so proud of my Liverpudilians! Much love to you all and you and i know that we will bring back the Cup for the 6th Time! Wooohoooo!

I cannot wait to watch the new spidey movie. Kinda miss his tight spandex suit. :) Has anyone seen the movie yet? Do tell me if its good. And those people who are into horrors... i would recommend watching 'Jangan Pandang Belakang'. A wonderful made movie. A lil cartooish but its 'seram' (frightening) enough for me to have goosebumps all throughout the movie. Very religiously influenced but its still fine for anyone of different faiths to watch it and enjoy the movie. Go Malay movies.
